All you have to do is decide which way you want to purchase the land you want to buy. You can always make an offer on any of the land we sell. If you decide to pay cash for your land, we will have the property deed recorded in the county that the land is located in.
If you choose to have your land financed, there are NO CREDIT CHECKS or EARLY PAYOFF PENALTIES . We offer low down payments and low monthly payments as well. This way ANYONE can own land that wants to. All of the land that is financed by us is financed at 8% interest, as we own all of the land on all of our websites. You may pay off your land at anytime during the contract that you want to. Once your land is paid off, we will then have the property deed recorded in the county the land is in.
